2. Finalise Patterns & Materials

Following the initial consultation, we would finalise your designs / patterns. In addition, we would discuss the options for your preferred fabric / material.

This step will facilitate the production of the first prototype.

3. Development of Production Processes

Every design is different, and therefore we treat every production process as unique.

We analyse your design requirements and ensure our manufacturing process is bespoke, optimised and achieving maximum efficiency.

4. Pre-Production Prototype

This critical step gives you the perfect opportunity to check the specifications and final production quality our work.

We use this step to refine any pricing / quantity estimates in addition to any modifications needed to the production process.

On occasion, during the production of the prototype, we find further opportunities for enhancements / design changes that may increase the profitability / quality of your garments.

5. Initial Sample Run

The initial sample run (usually the first 5-100 items) is used to ensure tolerances / production quality & procedures are within specification.

This step also provides an opportunity to analyse any further enhancements available to maximise efficiency.

6. Process / Production Optimisations

Using any insights from the initial sample run, we take the time to ensure we have made every effort to guarantee the quality & consistency of the production process.

Some of these enhancements can include things like re-ordering of the production steps.
Often, we can optimise the location of our machinery in order to save a few extra seconds within each production cycle.

We maintain our commitment to maximising efficiency & quality throughout every step of the process.

7. Fully Optimised Production Run

At this point we have made every effort to ensure a smooth, efficient and successful production run of your items.

Throughout the full production run, we continually maintain and oversee the quality of each cycle, and the process itself.

8. Final Quality Assurance

Our production process includes multiple quality assurance “gates” which the items must first pass through before going on to the next phase of production.

This allows us to minimise wastage, spot calibration issues early and to constantly ensure we are producing the highest quality that we’re known for. If it’s not right, it doesn’t get shipped!

9. Packing & Shipping

Some of our clients like us to ship their completed items in bulk, others prefer to supply their own individual packaging. We will accommodate wherever we can, subject to the customers’ needs.

Although we do not currently provide a drop shipping service directly to your customers, we do provide an extensive range of packaging/tagging services.
